Mario Benavente

Mario is an associate attorney specializing in Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Estate Planning. An Army brat born in Seoul, South Korea, Mario has been a part of the Fayetteville Community since 1991 and is a graduate of E.E. Smith High School. He went on to earn two degrees from UNC Chapel Hill in Peace, War & Defense BA, and Communications BA. Mario is also a NCCU School of Law graduate and proud Legal Eagle.

Mario also serves as a member of Fayetteville City Council, representing District 3, and is in his second term. He speaks both Spanish & Korean, and is a zealous advocate in seeking justice for all his clients.
