Randy Gregory is a native of Buies Creek, NC. He grew up farming tobacco and walked to Campbell University as a day student for his undergraduate studies, and attended Wake Forest University for law school. He began his career as a prosecutor, handling everything from second degree trespass to capital murder cases. He has handled criminal cases and family law cases for almost 50 years.
Caroline is a Fayetteville native and graduate of Terry Sanford High School (Go Bulldogs!) She is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill for undergrad and she attended Campbell Law School.
Caroline’s biggest achievement is that her devotion to her clients and aggressive tactics in the courtroom have earned her the nickname “Little Randy” around the courthouse. She is honored to be in association with P.R. Moss, one of the first female criminal defense attorneys in Fayetteville.

Mandy Tilley is the family law paralegal for Randy Gregory. She attended Campbell University for a Bachelor’s degree in pre-law and graduated in 2006. Mandy also obtained her paralegal degree from Johnston Community College in 2011. Mandy has been a family law paralegal since 2015 and sincerely loves helping people. When Mandy isn’t in the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Ms. Lucia Nuzzo is a seasoned Paralegal specialist that brings fourteen years of experience supporting the legendary local criminal attorney, Patricia R. Moss. Throughout her tenure, Lucia served as a stabilizing force for the Law Office of PR Moss. In February 2021, Lucia followed Ms. Moss as they transitioned Ms. Moss’ clients to her new location at the firm of Rand & Gregory, where she now serves as the Criminal Paralegal and Office Manager. Lucia is excited to now be supporting Ms. Caroline Gregory and continue her career in support of the local community. A native to Cumberland County, NC, Lucia holds a degree in Paralegal Technologies from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
